da ich im Grenzgebiet zu den Niederlanden wohne, beschäftige ich mich mal wieder intensiver mit der niederländischen AIP. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass mir der genaue Unterschied zwischen TSA/TRA und EH-R noch nicht richtig klar ist. Die AIP NL gibt da zwar Beschreibungen an, aber was das in der Praxis ausmacht, wird mir persönlich noch nicht klar. Ob man das tatsächlich tiefer hinterfragen muss, sei mal dahingestellt. Denn in der Realität wird man diese Gebiete, sofern aktiv, meiden.
Luftbeschränkungsgebiete (EH-R)
This term is used whenever the flight of civil aircraft within the designated airspace is not absolutely prohibited but may be made only if specified conditions are complied with. Thus, prohibition of flight except at certain specified times leads to the designation of the airspace as a ′restricted area′ as would prohibition except in certain meteorological conditions. Similarly, prohibition of flight unless special permission has been obtained, leads to the designation of a restricted area.
Temporary Reserved Airspace (TRA)
A defined volume of airspace normally under the jurisdiction of one aviation authority and temporarily reserved, by common agreement, for the specific use by another aviation authority and through which other traffic may be allowed to transit, under ATC clearance.
Temporary Segregated Area (TSA)
A defined volume of airspace normally under the jurisdiction of one aviation authority and temporarily segregated (abgetrennt / zugriffsbeschränkt), by common agreement, for the exclusive use by another aviation authority and through which other traffic will not be allowed to transit.
Kann jemand mal versuchen, auf den Punkt zu bringen, worin die Kernunterschiede dieser drei Areas liegen?!
