Hi,

I just bought a C-22 from Germany that is (hopefully) upgraded from 400 kg to 450 kg mtow. To get this aircraft approved in Sweden I need to know how this upgrade is done and present this "Ikarus Technische Basis ITB" to the Swedish inspector. 

Is there any how could send this document to me with the new modification of the wing, got the answer that a sleeve tube is installed over the trailing edge but need a official document.
