Dear Mr. Bouwer,
If certificate of airworthiness of your aircraft is not issued according to the ICAO but according to your national regulations for the time being there aren’t either pertinent national legislation of the Republic of Croatia or international legislation legally binding your country and the Republic of Croatia. This means we have no legal basis for accepting above mentioned certificates.
We are in process of changing this regulation and I hope this new regulation will be published in next two months. This new regulation will be also published in AIP and I am also going to inform European Microlight Federation.
For any further information please do not hesitate to contact me againCarlson schrieb:
Während ihr hier diskutiert, ob man nach Croatia fliegen darf, scheinen das andere einfach zu tun
...Ein wahres Wort... Nicht diskutieren einfach machen. Wer lange fragt.. Croatia-Control hat noch keinen nach Hause geschickt...
